What then does one do when reading &ldquo;shnayim mikra&rdquo; on Parashas Voeschanan where this verse occurs? The Kaf Hachaim discusses this question (chapter 61 paragraph 35) and brings an opinion that on the second occasion one should say this verse silently.</span></p>
