Description

This lecture was given on a bus in Italy. Rav Moshe Zakuto(Ramaz), a student of Rav Azarya Fegol(Gedulei T'ruma), was a rabbi in Montova for more than twenty years. Ramaz- it is not propper to say selichot in the early evening. Ramaz- it is permissible to say the thirteen midos of Hashem on Yom Tov, and to say them three times. Ramaz- one should not wear tifilin on chol hamoed. Story of Rav Shemuel Birnbaum, son in law of Rabbi Akiva Eiger, wearing tifilin on chol hamoed. Ramaz- one does not need an eiruv chatzeirot to carry from a bayis to a bayis. Ramaz- it is forbiden to take a picture of a man. Ramaz- do not make a bracha on tifilin of Rabeinu Taam. The Chida was not a kohen. A minhag is like a neder.
