In part two the Rabbis discuss the nature of Mitzvot, whether they are "obligations" or "suggestions", the nature of G-d, who wrote the Torah, the nature of the oral law, attitudes to the state and the land of Israel and take questions from the audience. There are small parts with static, but they don't last long.
