<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left; line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;" align="left"><span style="color: black; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">In some shuls, havdalah is made at the end of the ma&rsquo;ariv service on motzaei Shabbos. Although this can be advantageous for a single person, it can be problematic for a married man who has his wife and daughters at home.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span>Should he fulfil the mitzvah of havdalah in shul, he will not be able to make it when he gets home. It would thus seem that he should have the intention not to fulfil this mitzvah when havdalah is being made in shul.</span></span></span></p>
