Although this can be advantageous for a single person, it can be problematic for a married man who has his wife and daughters at home.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Should he fulfil the mitzvah of havdalah in shul, he will not be able to make it when he gets home. It would thus seem that he should have the intention not to fulfil this mitzvah when havdalah is being made in shul.</span></span></span></p>
