Rav Yaakov Avraham Giron 1838 p. 95, 4th column: try to find additional reasons to permit. Concept of avad zichro. Abaye in Yevamot 121b makes agunah wait shalosh regalim. Case in Shevut Yaakov (17th-18th century) suicide over monetary matters and decomposed body found. Shevut Yaakov says to wait one year.
