Description

In Algeria 1912 his kuntrus "Takanat Agunot". His proposal to write a document after chupah to appoint shaliach and if necessary many shelichim to write, deliver, and receive the get or as many gittin as necessary. How all possible problems are dealt with by Rav Alkalai. How even so there still exist problems with proposal in particular if get is needed decades later and, for example, those involved, such as the aidim, cannot be found.
